What to expect
If it is your first visit to RHC, you will check in at reception to make sure all of our paperwork is in order. If you have not completed the required forms ahead of your appointment, please plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time .
What to wear?
Wear something comfortable that you could exercise in. Also, expect that you could be laying on a treatment table, or using exercise equipment. Comfortable shoes are also recommended.
Forms
Like most medical practices, we require information about you and your insurance company. It helps our therapists keep you safe, and assures we interact well with your insurance company.

We are at 2008 Hogback Rd., Suite 3, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105
This is within the Atrium Park office plaza. Our building is in the back, behind and south of the pond.
The best entrance is on the south side of Building 2008.
